The Campolindo High School Technology Department is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and well-supported technological experience for all students and staff. Our core services are designed to address the essential needs of a modern learning environment. We manage device checkout, providing access to necessary technology resources for academic work. Furthermore, our team offers comprehensive hardware support for all school-issued equipment, ensuring that physical devices are functioning correctly and efficiently. We also provide robust software support, assisting users with installations, troubleshooting applications, and resolving operating system issues so that technology remains an enabler, not an obstacle, to education.

Printing in the LSC

Printing in the library:

You can print from any device on the Student wifi when you are on Campus using Papercut.
If you have a school issued computer the Papercut driver is already installed.
To download the driver on a personal computer, click here and follow the instructions.
To download on an iPhone, click here and follow the instructions. You must be in SAFARI if on an iPhone in order to download.
To login - either click Sign in with Google and use your school gmail, or if prompted with a popup box, enter your student ID number and Gmail password.

Once you have the Papercut driver:

The printer is called: Student Virtual Print (Papercut).
After you have printed, log into any printer in the library using your student ID number, and select Papercut, Release Print.

New York Times Online Subscription

To activate your NYT Academic Pass each year:

Visit NYTimes.com/DigitalPass.
Create a free NYTimes.com account using your school email address.
If you already have a NYTimes.com account associated with your school email address, log in with those credentials.

Then, go to your Gmail and send an email to this address: edu@nytimes.com.
Subject line: Academic Pass - no verification email.

You have successfully claimed a Pass when you see the Start Your Access screen. Now you can enjoy access to NYTimes.com, NYT.com and NYT mobile apps from any location, on or off campus, just by logging into your NYTimes.com account. You may download NYTimes mobile apps at nytimes.com/mobile.

The Atlantic

If you are browsing when on the Campolindo High School wifi, you will have full access to The Atlantic Magazine. No login required.

Research Databases

Some databases require login and passwords when off campus. Ask the librarian or your English or History teacher for the login credentials.

Google Scholar - Google Scholar is a free academic search engine that high school students can use to find credible, scholarly sources like peer-reviewed articles, books, and theses for their research papers and projects, unlike a general web search.
ProQuest - ProQuest is a massive online database that provides high school students with access to millions of reputable sources like newspaper archives, dissertations, academic journals, and primary historical documents for their in-depth research and learning.
JStor - JSTOR is an online archive of high-quality, trusted academic journals, books, and primary sources that high school students can use to find deep, college-level research across the humanities, social sciences, and sciences to support their most rigorous papers and projects.
GALE - Opposing Viewpoints - Gale Opposing Viewpoints is a database specifically designed to help high school students research current, controversial social issues by providing contextual information, statistics, and essays representing different sides of a debate, all in one place.
ABC-CLIO: ABC-CLIO's World History: The Modern Era database is a comprehensive, curriculum-aligned resource for high school students to research global history from the Renaissance (c. 1500) to the present day, using a wealth of primary sources, expert analyses, and tools for historical research.
Encyclopedia Britannica: The online Encyclopedia Britannica is a trusted, ad-free resource that provides high school students with expert-vetted, comprehensive, and leveled articles (often with built-in citations) across all academic subjects to give them a reliable starting point for any research project.
Scribner Writers: The online Scribner Writers Database (part of Gale Literature) is a resource for high school students to find original, scholar-signed essays that offer in-depth biographical information and critical analysis of over 1,400 authors and their major works from around the world, placing them in historical context for literature research.
Digital Public Library of America - The Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) is a single, free website that high school students can use to search and access millions of digital primary sources—like historical photographs, manuscripts, maps, and audio—from libraries, archives, and museums across the entire United States.

Textbooks and Fees

Fees: Any unpaid fines for lost books must be paid on the Webstore.

If you have lost a book, and it is still showing in your currently checked out books, please email CampoLSC@auhsdschools.org. Let us know the title of the book, and we will mark it as lost and it will be added to your fees.
